Exercise tubes are also know as exercise tubing, stretch bands and resistance bands and tubes - Used for strengthening and toning of most muscle groups. They are lightweight, portable, inexpensive and a great alternative to other resistance training equipment. For comfort use the tubes with handles or purchase a set of handles separately.
