Do you offer refunds?
If you need to return your order, we provide a refund in many cases. However, it’s best to check out our refund policy to ensure you’re eligible for one. If the refund is accepted, you’ll receive it 3 to 5 days after the product has been returned.

It takes 3 to 5 working days after the order has been placed. Royal Mail is used for all orders, so be on the lookout for them when you’re waiting for your order to arrive!
