When will my delivery arrive? 

After you’ve selected what you need and have placed your order, our team will send it out the very same day. However, if the order comes through after 2 pm, then the order will be sent the following day.  

We use Royal Mail to deliver all packages, and you can expect your order to arrive 3 to 5 days from the order date.  

What dumbbell sizes do you offer?
